On Thursday, November 15, 2018, Lacey Township High School will proudly host an Incoming Grade 9 Orientation for students who will be entering the ninth grade in September 2019. The program will begin in the high school gymnasium promptly at 6:30 p.m.

Make up pictures - 11/19 and 11/20 during students gym classes
Picture forms will not be sent home with the students this year. After all pictures have been completed, e-mails will be sent to the student accounts with the proofs and order forms attached. Parents will be notified, also by email, that the students received the proofs and order form so that they know to ask the student for the information.
Chromebook Distribution will continue on the Sept. 5th
Distribution will be in high school library and communication about the pick up times is forthcoming.
Parking permits are available for seniors to purchase. Please check your student email for the google form for purchasing.
Lacey Township School District and Ocean County College will be teaming up and beginning with the class of 2019, we are expanding the College Academy program from 18 credits up to 64 college credits with the opportunity to earn an Associate's Degree of Liberal Arts.
Emily Brennan for Obeo, Theodore Vidal for Bass Clarinet, Carly Zellman for Clarinet & Zachary Stroin for Clarinet were accepted into the TCNJ Honors Wind Ensemble. There were over 200 applicants for this band from various districts around the state. This is a great performing experience for our students and is a very professional experience that gives them insight as to what it is like to be a professional musician.

Congratulations to Unsung Hero for October - Riley Christian.
Congratulations to Senior, Riley Christian scored a perfect 800 on the math section of the SAT. In June, Riley also represented LTHS and the State of New Jersey at the Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Boston, Massachusetts.

Senior, Ian “Kip” Byrne broke the LTHS Men’s Soccer career record for assists and was named http://Nj.com 's Shore Conference Player of the Week!
This summer Emma Davis participated at New Jersey Girls State and was elected to represent New Jersey at Girls Nation in Washington, DC. There are only two girls from each state chosen to participate as Senators. The week at Girls Nation is spent creating a mock legislature, submitting bills and resolutions, participating in senate sessions, holding a national convention, and electing officials such as President and Vice President. Emma's proposed bill on amending the process of IEP development in education was selected to be presented to our NJ representatives in Congress.
