Welcome to the Lacey Township School District!

The Office of Student Transportation oversees all transportation provided to the students of our district. Students are provided with safe, reliable and courteous transportation.

There are Rules and Regulations in place for all students who receive transportation, both mandated and subscription. These regulations are in place to insure the safety of the students and must be adhered to.

The state law which governs student transportation including student eligibility is New Jersey Administrative Code 6A:27-1.2. In addition, the Lacey Township Board of Education has issued Policy 8600 regarding student transportation.

Beginning 2024-25 school year, due to financial budgetary constraints to the district, the Lacey Township School District's subscription busing program will no longer be available.  Please refer to the designated walking zone map to determine if your residence is within the walking zone area.  This applies to students in grades 6 through 12 only.
