Please complete the form linked towards the bottom of this page. All requests are emailed directly to the office of Mr. William Zylinski, District Supervisor, located at Mill Pond Elementary School. Please be sure to provide adequate notice for events to be taped, preferably thirty (30) days.
WLTS TV-21 will make every effort to film your event. After approval for filming is granted at the District level, you will receive confirmation from WLTS TV-21.
