Joseph Bond is the Director of Special Services for the Lacey Township School District.  Joe graduated from Lacey High School in the class of 2000. He attended Lacey
Schools from first grade through 12th grade. He graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and he received his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University. Joe is currently working on his Doctor of Education Degree at Monmouth University.

He taught at the Deerlake Learning Center and the BD class at the middle school. He has also taught 7th and 8th grade Math in Special Education and General Education. He started his administration role in Barnegat as the K-5 Supervisor before coming back to Lacey. Joe is married and has a young son.
