Steve Torre graduated from LTHS in 2009, from there he attended Kean University where he graduated in 2013 with a degree in Health and Physical Education. He was hired by The Lacey Township School District in the fall of 2014 and has been teaching and coaching here the last 8 years. Currently, he is the Head Varsity boys soccer coach and the JV girls basketball coach.

He currently lives in Forked River with his wife Lyndsey, who is also a P/E teacher and coach, along with his 2-year-old son Cameron and 9-month-old daughter Tatum.  Steve has many Soccer Coaching Accolades that we are proud of:

2021 Shore Conference Coach of the Year (Star Ledger, nj.com)
