Medications

In the event that your child requires medication during school hours:

• A doctor’s note/orders, as well as written permission from the parent, will be required for ALL medications– prescription as well as over the counter.

• Medications must be brought to the nurse’s office by an adult and must be in the original container.  Please do not send your child on the bus with medication(s).
